We believe hand rolled cigars should be delivered as fresh as possible. We don’t keep a large inventory on hand and our hand-rollers produce only the amount of cigars we need. Our rollers are humans (!) and artists. They’re not factories – they take breaks, holidays, and have limitations on the number of cigars they can produce in a given day.

This can mean longer lead times on orders but it maintains a quality of cigars that we can be proud of. While we recognize this can be a point of frustration for prospective buyers, we feel our cigars, like everything in life that is truly special, are worth waiting for.

Additionally, this process also allows us excellent quality control. We personally inspect every single cigar, box them and ensure every detail is perfect. To us smoking a good cigar is not about rushing to get the cigar lit but it is a moment to be savored and enjoyed. So have faith, our systems have been painstakingly designed to ensure you a truly unique cigar at a very fair price while providing excellent quality control and customer service.

We recommend you wait at least 2 weeks to smoke your cigars once you place them in your humidor. While we try to maintain humidity levels in each shipment by placing Boveda packs in each package, temperature and humidity vary widely during package transit.

IMPORTANT: If you receive your package and it’s damaged, please take pictures BEFORE opening the box and email them to us immediately with your name and order number. This will help us with any claims that need to be filed.
